Pet urine always leaves bacteria behind that will proliferate if left untreated, with or without built in anti-microbial agents. Our tried and tested enzyme spray eats the odor-causing bacteria, eliminating odors generated by the family dog or hundreds of dogs at a doggie day care center! Frequently Asked Questions Where does the urine and waste go? Our Synthetic Grass System is not much different from natural grass. Urine washes through the system into the specially formulated crushed rock sub-base below. Waste can be removed using your current process, only it tends to be less messy with the synthetic grass. How do you clean synthetic grass? Rain is usually sufficient. If necessary, spray your synthetic dog run with a hose. Can you get rid of pet odors? Yes. ProGreen's Odor Eradicator (see below) is an anti-microbial solution that works with water to eat away odor causing microbes. We have used Odor Eradicator to remove smells from turf after use at events like the Pet Expo with great success. Will my dog think it's real grass? Dogs absolutely love it! Many dogs will avoid pea gravel, cement or sand. All dogs love grass, including ProGreen Synthetic Grass. Will my dog try to dig a hole through the synthetic grass? Some dogs will try to dig through anything. Our dog run turf is extremely durable with a double-coated backing making it almost impossible to tear - but there can be exceptions. We recommend putting extra border stakes around the perimeter of the dog run to discourage dogs from digging. How do I buy ProGreen Synthetic Grass? It is the first vertical-to-horizontal dynamic base which incorporates a shock pad (which is ideal for agility training) and drainage system for the penultimate dog run environment.

The Shark Drainage Blanket directs the water and waste to a predetermined side of the perimeter of the dog run area while creating sufficient airflow and incorporates engineering that greatly reduces risk factors associated with poor subsurface soils and imported aggregate base materials; eliminating added costs. It evacuates more than twice the rainfall from the dog run site compared to traditional dog runs without the drainage blanket. The Shark Drain� Blanket comes in 8' wide rolls with expansion joints every 4'.
