ProGreen 15 Year Warranty

ProGreen Synthetic Grass proudly stands behind all of our artificial turf products and offers an 8 year manufacturer’s warranty direct to customers.

However, our network of Certified ProGreen dealers has access to a 15 year warranty on all products of a 50 ounce face weight or higher. They are at liberty to offer this warranty to their customers, and ProGreen will honor it. The 15 year warranty applies to the product only, not the installation.

In summary, if a customer wants the 15 year warranty, they would have to purchase their turf from a Certified ProGreen dealer. Any customer that purchases directly from ProGreen will only receive the 8 year warranty.
