The ProGreen SoCal team created an exceptional backyard artificial grass putting green that met all of the customer’s specifications and more. The project involved the installation of three unique putting greens and two stacked bunkers, providing a range of practice opportunities. The turf was carefully selected to deliver the perfect speeds for each area of the green, and the bunkers were customized with fine and coarse sand for realistic practice.   • PG US Deluxe 75: A premium landscape grass used as the taller second cut at 2”, making it noticeably taller than the Tropical or natural products, which typically range from 1.125” to 1.75”. The PG US Deluxe offers an enhanced natural look and texture, and provides a realistic chipping surface around the green. Positioned between the putting surface and the Tropical Supreme, it offers a transitional layer that blends seamlessly with the overall design, adding depth and dimension to the green while maintaining durability and performance.

• Project Size: The total installation covers approximately 7,020 square feet, with three distinct putting greens and two stacked bunkers for enhanced practice.
• Customized Features: The green was designed with varying speeds, allowing the customer to experience different conditions, similar to those on a professional golf course. The two bunkers, one with fine sand and one with coarse sand, were designed to challenge the customer’s short game skills, just like a real course.
