Customer Needs

The homeowner wanted more than a simple putting surface. The vision was to create a functional practice area that blended seamlessly into the property’s elevated architecture and natural terrain. Priorities included: A true ball roll and performance comparable to a professional practice green, sculpted contours and elevation changes for realistic training, an integrated sand bunker feature for short-game versatility, visually striking design that enhanced the estate’s outdoor entertaining space, and a low-maintenance solution suitable for Southern California’s dry climate. The green needed to serve as both a performance training surface and a statement landscape feature.

ProGreen designed and installed a custom synthetic putting green engineered to deliver professional-level performance while integrating seamlessly into the property’s elevated architecture and natural terrain. Precision-shaped subgrade contouring was used to create realistic undulation, elevation changes, and true ball roll comparable to a high-end practice facility.
