Key priorities included: A clean, uniform aesthetic consistent with a luxury hospitality brand, durability to handle consistent foot traffic from guests and events, improved drainage performance in Florida’s high-rainfall climate, reduced ongoing maintenance costs and operational disruption, and a surface that would remain vibrant and mud-free in high-use areas. The pool deck functions as a central gathering space, making both performance and presentation critical.

ProGreen installed approximately 9,000 square feet of commercial-grade synthetic turf engineered for hospitality environments.
