Customer Needs

Lennar required an engaging, low-maintenance amenity that would enhance community appeal and support home sales efforts. Key objectives included: A visually striking feature positioned within a prominent common area, a recreational element suitable for residents of all ages, minimal ongoing maintenance compared to natural turf, durability in a high-exposure, public-facing setting, and a design that integrates seamlessly with surrounding sidewalks, roadways, and landscaping. The space needed to function as both an activation zone for residents and a marketing differentiator for prospective buyers touring the community.

ProGreen Solution

ProGreen engineered a custom multi-green putting layout complete with integrated bunkers, sculpted contours, and varied shot distances to create a dynamic short-game experience. The system includes: Multiple hole placements across flowing green shapes, synthetic fringe transitions and clean edging along pedestrian walkways, integrated white sand bunkers for realism and visual contrast, subsurface base preparation designed for drainage and long-term stability, and a commercial-grade putting turf engineered for consistent ball roll. Positioned at a key roadway intersection, the finished installation functions as a signature amenity — delivering year-round greenery, zero irrigation demands, and a highly marketable lifestyle feature for the community. The result is a durable, visually compelling recreational space that enhances neighborhood identity while reducing long-term landscape maintenance costs for HOA management.
